The Forum is Slow

I know the forum is slow. I have experienced this before on this host from time to time. I was reading the vB support forums last night, a lot of people seem to think that vB4.0 is slow (vs. vB3.x), but it is very much a YMMV thing.

I will continue to investigate -- we only installed a day or so ago, I don't want to break it, so I am being careful.
