I'm not sure what the sales price is. Did it not do well under IRC in its former east coast life? It's meant to be a racer/cruiser, not just a pure racer, so I've heard. It is certainly the hottest boat in my marina.

Pretty sure. Even Alameda is 99% 5ksb-land. Minis and various sportys are dry-sailed out of Alameda Marina next door. My place has no dry storage and no crane.
