                  Yeah, they made us use original materials in the mod, balsa core, poly resin. The battens you see behind the side walls will be pulled out, they are there only to keep the sides in-line as it sets up.

                              No, but it's what I have so I kept the hole - otherwise I have to invest in one of those inflatable things... Many of the boats have glassed it over, but I still do Cat 2/1 races so need a spot for the pole.
