  • Hendo Built Rocket

Seattle dinghy sailor Joe Bersch provides some imagery of his latest International 14' he and crew Leith Shenstone will be campaigning in days to come and leading up to the
International 14's Worlds to be held at the Richmond Yacht Club in 2018:

USA 1194 is the 11th H2B6 built by Kris Henderson and Kimberly Mayer of Henderson Boat Company. Boat 12 is on order from Bay area sailor John Clark who got the bug while racing with the 14 sailors Kirk Twardowski and Andy Bates to Hawaii. This is my third H2B6, having sold both prior boats to Japan to help rebuild their fleet. These boats are light and stiff and easily constructed in a two part female mold, wet laminate construction to keep costs down. They are available fully rigged or bare hull. Sails by Glaser sails and all fittings are from Harken.

2018 or 2016... you still have time to sell the Big Blew Boat and get a new Hendo and teach those whippersnappers how it's done....
