
1st spied Eros west of Angel Island in early afternoon, made a mental note to catch her in a while...

She set sail and off she went, the 103's staysail schooner was off and running!

Winds from Point Blunt all the way to Red Rocks were solid, and she wasn't slowing down for anyone!

Built in the 1930 in England for and American, Henry Von Berg, she was originally named "White Bitch"...

She soon thereafter had a name change to Jeanery, something less offensive, served time in the British Navy and was later sold to a wealthy Greek Business man, Stavros Niarchos, who renamed her "Eros"...She was relaunched last fall after an 18 year refit in bristol condition.
