  • PHRF Annual meeting PNW

So did anyone go yesterday to the meeting? What happened in the appeals?

I had to go to my Grandma's 95th birthday party otherwise I would have been there.

We should start a betting pool next time!

Did anyone read the J122 appeal through? Submitted by the CH who stated the appeal I submitted last year had no merit. I couldn't even figure out what the hell it was talking about.

Heard Eye Eye actually got knocked after asking for a credit.

I couldn't figure out which was the worst appeal. If we are going to start a betting pool there should be categories, like "worst written" and "most whiney".

This is why I'm now sailing F18!

What happened to Karma? They were looking at getting knocked from 93 to 78? Ouch!

I'll tell you on the 12th, they're entered in the Challenge Cup!

That boat has been way off on rating for awhile. They can easily sail that boat with the 72-75 rated boats at a even rating with them.

It was pretty interesting to watch how things went. Talk about eye opening! Both sides gave their views of what the rating should be and why, then the committee, some 15-20 strong voted on it. Scarry.
