OK, I'll give it a shot ( I don't know anything about how these boats/crews sail or place )

IRC A - Velos - cause I worked on that boat in Anacortes (just one day)

IRC B - Swiftsure II - cause of the name and the owners name, Sy.

IRC C - Resolute - cause of the history of that name

      IRC D - Tupelo Honey - cause it's a good name

J 105's (these are big boats?) - Wonder - cause it's from Richmond Yacht Club

J120's - Desdemona - cause she makes good cookies

Express 37's - Hmmm, tough one - Expeditious - no real reason....

Farr 30's (again, this is a big boat?) - Eight Ball - cause he does what it takes to win.
A little disorganization goes a long way toward fun sailing.

OK I'm going to give this a whirl
        IRC-A = PowerPlay
IRC-B = Flyer (it's a ratings game). Recidivist could surprise here however.
IRC-C = Team Premier (the Farr 400 is a serious weapon)
IRC-D = Ohana This one's really a toss up, and I think will be the most competitive division. Ohana has the rating advantage but there are some well sailed boats in this division that could put the hammer down and sail really well to their rating.

        Express 37s = Golden Moon
        J/105's = Arbitrage
        J/120's = Chance
Farr 30's = Groovederci - the female one.

Personally, I think your owner looked at his IRC rating, the possible class breaks, and figured that he just might have a dark horse in that division. Let's face it, watch aside, the frigging trophy is pretty damn cool. Good luck out there Thomas. I may have picked the A35, but I'm cheering for you guys.
