            You guys are way smarter and up to date than me....
            I thought some bottom paint is "soft" and kinda comes off/ablates and some is "hard"....
            I dunno, but I do know how to wrap a kite up around the front wire and that my Dodgers lost.
            Damn!

              I had a bottom sprayed on in June. Sailed to Hawaii and returned in August. Bottom paint was gone. I had been using ablative paints for years, apparently those Hawaiian waters are hard. New bottom put back on boat in Feb. Something a bit harder this time.
