The aftermath of Nelson's going out of business is the assets being sold off for most likely, pennies on the dollar. There is the possibility that, if you were a boat owner that was in arrears on your rent, you could buy back your vessel for less than you owed on dirt rental or repair bills.

Over 20 years of maritime history to be liquidated by Michaan’s Auctions in Alameda by order of the City of Alameda. Property from the former Nelson Marine in Alameda. Approximately 50 vessels are on the block including motor yachts ranging in size from 70’ to 40’, sailboats ranging in size from 20’ to 45’, and various runabouts.

Turbo Camper is a Hobie 33 that did the last SH TransPac. Brian was at the meeting last week - must be a story there.

Didn't Rogers also build the Quest boat? Somehow I remember that as a good sign. Could be some really good deals there.
