Is it my imagination, or is the silting worse since the wave attenuator was installed?

Thought they would have begun the dredging process by now.

I believe are right with the attenuator, it seems to slow down the current enough to allow more sand to deposit more rapidly?

i've heard that they used to dig a hole out past the point, let it fill, and dig it again each year or so. Since the A-cup and the attenuator went in, they stopped doing that--with the results we see. Amazing how fast the outer north side docks just disappeared.
