The angry tuna will be there. Only 49 boats signed up so far. I'm not sure why everybody likes to sign up in the last few days. It really gives the organizers heart burn trying to figure it all out on Friday night before the race.

Any update on the depth at the harbor entrance ?

Any update on the depth at the harbor entrance ?

The word I got was that there would be 7' at low water. I will try and find out if that is at the entrance or the whole harbor.

Low is +.5 at 1730 Saturday and again at +.5 at 0626 on Sunday.

124? Has it been like this for a while? I did the race in about 2010 and it was in the high 200's. In the early 2000's and late 1990's it was 300+.

Wow. Three boats in the shorthanded division as of this morning. I wonder if the committee will cancel the division and move us into a PHRF group. That would be fine, BTW.

Rick Bastien, Vice Commodore at the Vallejo YC, said to expect 8 - 9 feet of water at the guest dock and 7 feet of water throughout the rest of the marina at low tide on Saturday.
