Last week, Brenda Tostenson caught this houseboat blowing post the Richmond Yacht Club in the afternoon, nearing the restricted areas
of the refineries, later to be assisted by the USCG....



It was later found at Point San Pablo, out of harms way, but lacking much in the way of decking or porches....
