Entering the Golden Gate this weekend, in what appeared to be a dominant line honors in the
2021 OYRA Duxship Race, the Mod 70 Orion blasted by as if she had never missed a beat.
Now the property of USMMA Sailing Foundation, she was merely out for a joyride, utilizing the
Duxship course as a training exercise, and not officially racing. "We started at 11:30 and got within
5 miles of the Duxbury buoy before it turned into a drifter, so we started the engine and motored back
to Bonita before sailing in..."
